PHINNEY RIDGE SECOND STORY ADDITION & REMODEL

The second story addition replaced a small upper floor with low, sloping ceilings. It includes a new primary suite, two bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen on the main floor was remodeled and the wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed creating a light-filled open space.
