MERCER ISLAND REMODEL

A growing family needed more bedrooms and bathrooms, and also wanted an updated kitchen and family room with a stronger connection to the back yard. Now the family has plenty of room for entertaining. A fun design challenge was creating a dynamic entry to the house without tearing down the existing garage.
