LANDS END REMODEL

Our clients purchased an older, modest 1-story home with the intent of remodeling and selling it.  The goal was to add a significant amount of space with a contemporary aesthetic that captured the lovely view of Salmon Bay to the east. The first floor’s modern open plan faces the view and opens onto a deck. A guest suite and rec room occupy the basement level. Three bedrooms and laundry are located on the 2nd floor and the top floor houses a spacious master suite.
